SENATE BILL NO. 134 An Act relating to home schooling for                      
elementary and secondary students was read the second time.                    
                                                                               
Senator Wilken, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the               
adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee                
Substitute offered on page 1100.  Senator Pearce objected.                     
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Health, Education and Social Services
